This is the original and unedited colour-scheme for a revisted idea currently in progress. The idea was to create a large central image of two dancing flames, the style I was aiming to emmulate was drawn from William Blake and Klimt, with a colour scheme based on Greek vases. The main, larger canvas, was then to be flanked by a femal dancer on one side and a male on the other. The inspiration for this came from recollecting how I had loved watching flames dance in the fireplace as a child. I believed they were dancers, perhaps even the ghosts of lovers compelled to dance for each other, as in Giselle. Then for a school project many years later, when first working on this, I wished to turn these dancers into lovers also. Now I am hoping to revist this idea and complete the typtrich.
